Due to emergency road repair work on North Riverside Drive, CAMBUS routes 31 Red and 54 Hancher-Newton Road will detour beginning Tuesday, June 21, 2022.
Northbound North Riverside Drive will be closed near the Art Building for approximately one week. CAMBUS routes traveling south on North Riverside Drive will not be affected.
For Parking Lot 55 Hancher commuters needing to return to their lot from Newton Road, riders should board the Red Route at the VA Loop.

31 Red Route
31 Red Route will serve the VA Loop, then detour via Woolf Avenue and River Street to N. Riverside Drive. Riders at Hardin Library, MERF, or PBDB needing to ride 31 Red should board at the VA Loop.
54 Hancher-Newton Road (route only operates during AM)
54 Hancher-Newton Road will use its regular route from Parking Lot 55 Hancher to Newton Road. After serving the VA Loop, 54 Hancher-Newton will detour via Woolf Avenue and River Street to N. Riverside Drive. Delays are expected on the route due to the detour.
