Each van pool consists of diverse personalities, interests and occupations and it is essential that lines of communication be kept open at all times. Occasionally, members may become concerned about another member's actions or behaviors which compromise the safety or comfort of the driver or passengers. The members of the van pool should first discuss the situation with the individual and try to find a reasonable solution before taking any formal actions. If discussions fail and the van pool group is not able to resolve the matter, the Van Pool Member Complaint Form should be submitted to report a complaint.
The Van Pool Member Complaint Form will be the only acceptable means of receiving a formal complaint. Commuter Programs will review the complaint and determine if further action is needed. Your name will be kept confidential and not given to the individual identified in the complaint.
