The City of Iowa City announced on Thursday, August 30 that the new Park Road Bridge will open to all vehicles and pedestrians at 6 a.m. on Saturday, Sept 1 2018. Vehicles will have access to two westbound lanes, and one eastbound lane on the bridge until work is completed later this fall. Pedestrians will only be allowed access to the north side of the bridge as work continues on the south.

CAMBUS will restore regular Red Route and Blue Route service on Tuesday, September 4. This includes providing service to the east residence halls, Mayflower Hall, and Park Road Bridge. Complete details are available on the CAMBUS webpage under the "alerts" section.

Dubuque Street construction is still ongoing and expected to last into October. Service delays are possible throughout this time.  Riders are encouraged to use Bongo for real-time service information.
