Parking Enforcement
Parking is limited to two hours during enforcement hours. Parking time cannot be extended beyond the maximum two-hour time.

- Monday through Sunday, 7:30 a.m. – 11:30 p.m.

How to Pay
Parking payment can be made two ways:
- Mobile Parking Payment (parking payment app)
- Look for signs throughout the facility to confirm zone number for payment
- Zone 5136 in Stanley Museum of Art Ramp is a 2-hour time limit zone

- One pay station located near the central garage lobby
- One pay station located near the north elevator
- Accepted payment types include cash and credit card (Visa/MasterCard/Discover).

Staffing and Assistance
24/7 assistance is available to parking dispatch through all entry and exit lane equipment. Press the “Push for Help” button on any parking equipment to speak with a dispatcher through the intercom.
Call Parking Dispatch at 319-335-8312 to:
- Report malfunctioning equipment, broken doors, or sign, light and other issues.
- Request Motorist Assistance for a jump start or vehicle locate.
Call the Office of Campus Safety at (non-emergency) 319-335-5022 to:
- Report vehicle damage that may have occurred in the facility.
- Locked keys in vehicles.
