Dropping a vehicle off for service? Here is what you need to do:
- We are located in the CAMBUS Maintenance Facility and our street address is 517 South Madison.
- Please park your vehicle to the west of the building, along the fence by the river and lock it.
- Walk inside to the Fleet Services maintenance office area (center of shop) and physically hand the keys to someone. If no one is around you may leave them in the blue plastic bin hanging on the door.
- To note that you are experiencing problems with your vehicle or your vehicle needs more than “routine maintenance,” please fill out sheet on the clipboard above the blue plastic bin.
- If you would like us to contact someone else when the service is complete, please fill out a sheet on the clipboard with the person’s name and phone number.
- When the service/repair is complete, we will call the listed Service Contact for the vehicle or the alternate contact if a note was left or one was specified.
- When the vehicle is done and ready to be picked up you will need to come inside the shop office and pick-up the set of keys you left.
- If you need a loaner vehicle or have a loaner built in you must contact Fleet Services to set it up at least 24 hours in advance of your scheduled appointment. Loaner vehicles will no longer be stored at lot 64 so additional notice will be necessary to fulfill loaner requests.
