Staff Recognition Program

The basis of this program is to recognize a Parking and Transportation employee who has gone above and beyond the call of duty to be of assistance to a member of the public, faculty, staff or student. Recognition is acknowledged with a thank you note sent to the employee and their supervisor on behalf of the nominator. The following are guiding principles for the Staff Recognition "Thank You" Program:

Members of the public, faculty, staff or students may submit a thank you.
All current Parking and Transportation employees are eligible to receive a staff recognition Thank You note.
Recognition forms will be submitted electronically, and the nominator will receive an electronic acknowledgement.
The employee’s division manager will send the thank you note to the employee.
