Special events, camps, and conferences are an integral part of the campus environment. Advance planning with Parking and Transportation Department can ensure a smooth experience for your guests by avoiding citations and other issues.
Parking can be limited to specific areas based on space availability, time of year, construction projects, camp or conference location, type of activity, other events taking place, number of attendees and other factors.
Hosting an Event
If you are planning an event on campus, complete and submit the Event Parking Request Form to initiate a review. For questions about event parking, please email Derek Timmerman, Event Coordinator, or call 319-335-7382.
