Reservations will be canceled at no charge if Fleet Services is notified at least two hours before the scheduled pick up time.

A "Per Day" rate will be charged in addition to a "Rate Per Mile". The number of days charged will be determined by the following guidelines:

• All rentals and "No Shows" will be charged a one day minimum per day charge.
• Reservations will be canceled at no charge if Fleet Services is notified at least two hours before the scheduled pick up time.
• Pickup must be made between the hours of 7:00 a.m. to 6:00 p.m. Monday through Friday. Vehicles will be charged based on a 24-hour clock with the exception of Saturday, Sunday, and early Monday morning departures. Those charges will begin based on the scheduled departure time provided the vehicle is picked up on Friday or the last business day of the week after 5 p.m. Drivers who need access to vehicles for Saturday, Sunday or early Monday departures need to pick up their vehicle on Friday after 5 p.m.
• Vehicles must be returned as scheduled, if this is not possible, please call to let us know. There is a key drop at the Motor Pool Building for after hours return. In the event of an emergency in which the vehicle cannot be returned as scheduled, the driver must contact the Fleet Services Office immediately. If calling during non-business hours, please leave a voice mail message.
