Extra shuttle service during home football games
During home football games in the fall semester, CAMBUS provides shuttle services from select parking lots to near Kinnick Stadium.

CAMBUS Saturday routes and schedules modified during home football games
In addition to the extra shuttle service, regular CAMBUS routes are modified during home football games on Saturdays.

The map displays CAMBUS fixed-routes and football shuttles operating on home football Saturdays.
Please note:
- 35 Interdorm does not detour during home games and is not shown on the map.
- Detours for 31 Red Route, 32 Blue Route, and 43 Hawkeye Interdorm begin at the start of service and continue until about two hours after the game ends.
- There is no fixed-route service on the Saturday before Labor Day.
Game Day CAMBUS Shuttles
On home football game days, CAMBUS provides additional shuttle service from select parking lots on campus to near Kinnick Stadium.
Service is provided from these locations:
- Parking Lot 85, Hawkeye Commuter
- Parking Lot 55, Hancher Commuter
- Downtown Iowa City: at Schaeffer Hall/Downtown Interchange bus stop on the Pentacrest

Hours of service
Pre-Game Shuttles
Extra shuttle service begins 2 hours before kick-off. Frequent shuttle service is provided until kick-off.
In-Game Shuttles
Less frequent shuttles are provided during the game.
Post-Game Shuttles
Post-game shuttles begin at approximately the mid-point of the fourth quarter.
Travel to Hancher: Board on Newton Road near the Dental College
Travel to downtown: Board at Slater Hall
Travel to Hawkeye Parking Lot: Board at Carver-Hawkeye Arena
Post game shuttles operate until approximately 1 hour after the game ends.
CAMBUS routes are accessible, no fare, and open to the general public.
Please be mindful that eating and drinking on the bus is not allowed. Opened alcoholic beverages are also not allowed on the bus.
Please listen to the instructions of drivers and support staff assisting with the shuttles. Make sure to fill in all standing room, including standing room in the back of the bus.

Modified CAMBUS routes on home football Saturdays
On home football Saturdays, regular CAMBUS routes are modified from the beginning of service until approximately two hours after the game ends.
Service Notes
There is no CAMBUS service to some locations on campus until about two hours after the game.
31 Red Route and 32 Blue Route operate between Rienow/Slater Hall and the VA Loop. There is no service to these stops:
- Family Care
- Melrose Court
- West Campus Transportation Center
- Dental College stops
- Newton/Lincoln
