Cancel a virtual parking permit

For permit exchanges, please complete the cancelation form. Under "reason for return," please state you would like to exchange your permit. Please include the location you would like your new permit to be.

Permits are pro-rated by half month. For example, if your permit is canceled between the 1^st  and 15^th of the month then your final payment will only be a half-month's charge. Permits canceled between the 16^th and the end of the month will pay a full month’s charge for the final payment. 

Refunds will be issued to the original method of payment. Please allow 7-10 business days for refund processing. If your credit card has expired from the original purchase date, a check will be processed.
