Cancel a virtual secure bicycle parking permit

Permits are pro-rated for the unused full months. Permits cancelled anytime within a month will pay a full month’s charge. Pre-paid employee permits and graduate student permits that are cancelled before the permit renews, will be refunded for any remaining full months.

Refunds will be issued to the original method of payment. Please allow 7-10 business days for refund processing. If your credit card has expired from the original purchase date, a check will be processed.
