Beginning May 19, CAMBUS route 34 Research Park will be simplified so that service is more direct and convenient for riders along the route. These changes are possible due to new transportation options in the area and will change how stops north of Oakdale Boulevard are served.
34 Research Park updated route information
Route 34 Research Park will discontinue service to stops north of Oakdale Boulevard, including the Health Care Shared Services Building (HSSB), due to low ridership activity and the newly added Research Park/MCNL On-Demand shuttle zone.
As part of the new route design, a new stop will be installed on Oakdale Boulevard east of University Parkway to continue providing access to Kirkwood Community College. Route 34 Research Park’s end point before returning to Newton Road will be at the Institute for Rural and Environmental Health or the East Lot.
To view new service schedules, visit the route’s webpage. Route changes will be shown in the Transit app on May 19.
