Do You Want to End the Lease of an Assigned Vehicle?

It may be possible to end the lease of your vehicle before the end of its life if we can transfer your vehicle to another customer. To discuss this opportunity, Mike needs to hear from you ASAP. He begins ordering new vehicles in November, so he needs to make any lease changes before new vehicles are ordered. If you wish to discuss your vehicle lease, please call Mike at (319) 384-0564.

Help Prevent Fuel Card Fraud

When using the Wright Express fuel card, please make sure to enter the correct odometer reading. One of the tools the vendor uses to fight fraud is to make sure that the fuel card odometer reading is within an expected range. If the odometer reading you enter is not within that range, the system may decide your transaction is fraudulent and prevent the card from being used.

Snow No!!!

Yep, it is coming. Not much we can do to stop it. But we can prepare for it. If your department has a vehicle with a snowplow or a sander, now is the time to make sure everything works and is ready for the first snow. If you have a plow, attach it and make sure all of the buttons on the controller work, the blade has full range of motion, the cylinders are not leaking, and the carbide blade bit is not worn. If you have a sander, make sure the web (or auger) moves, the spinner works and the controls in the cab work. You can also set an appointment at the shop and we can check it out for you.
