Route 34 Research Park is expected to experience delays March 20, 2023 through December 2024 due to road construction on 1st Avenue in Coralville. The construction activity is for the 1st Avenue and I-80 Interchange diverging diamond project and includes reducing available lanes for northbound and southbound traffic. Events at the Xtream Arena and Carver-Hawkeye Arena may create additional delays.
