Parking & Transportation maintains a 24/7 dispatch center, closed only on University Holidays. Parking dispatch oversees all transactions in entry and exit lanes on campus. As such, all cashiered and gated lots are connected directly to dispatch at the parking equipment. Just push the button that reads “PUSH FOR HELP” and someone will be able to assist you.

Parking Dispatch can also be reached at 319-335-8312 to report facility issues or other concerns:

  • Malfunctioning parking equipment.
  • Lights out.
  • Door issue.
  • Snow removal concern.
  • Lot or facility condition that needs attention.

Parking dispatch also manages the Motorist Assistance Program, linking available parking staff to those in need of assistance.
