Because university employees may need to work at more than one campus, daytime parking permits are also valid at additional specific campus parking lots. The term for this parking allowance is reciprocity.
These accommodations help employees who split their time between more than one campus. Each campus location presents unique circumstances and capacities and will be updated as needed.
Daytime parking permits have reciprocity. Night Weekend (NW) permits do not have reciprocity. This page details the parking reciprocity for university daytime parking permits.
What is reciprocity?
Reciprocity means a mutual exchange of privileges or allowances. Daytime permits are allowed or valid (have reciprocity) in additional specific parking lots so employees can work on more than one campus.
