Equipment that allows for easy access to electric vehicle (EV) charging on campus has been installed in Parking Lot 21, Pappajohn Business Building. This EV charging station is now available for use.

Hospital Parking Ramp 1 will be closed for maintenance activities beginning the evening of Friday, June 10 and will re-open for use at 3 a.m. on Monday, June 13.

University of Iowa’s CAMBUS recognizes Nichole Winter as the 2022 Support Person of the Year. The award was established by CAMBUS in 2019 to recognize the support staff who serve in behind-the-scenes roles to keep the transit system operating smoothly each day.

University of Iowa’s CAMBUS recognizes Rose Arrigoni as the 2022 Driver of the Year. Transit service providers across Iowa annually each nominate an employee to be honored by the Iowa Public Transit Association (IPTA) for their commitment to providing safe and friendly service.

Maintenance will be performed in Parking Lot 43, Krause Family Plaza beginning at 5 p.m. Saturday, May 21. Please follow and abide by traffic control, use caution around work areas, and do not enter closed areas.

IMU Ramp will be under maintenance for power washing from 7:30 p.m. Tuesday, May 17 to 6 a.m. Thursday, May 19.

Maintenance will be performed in Hospital Parking Ramp 3 beginning Monday, May 16. Contractors will be performing structural repairs and reconditioning surfaces.

CAMBUS will operate summer service Saturday, May 14, 2022 through Sunday, August 19, 2022. During summer, some routes will have decreased service or will not operate due to different campus needs, decreased demand, and available staffing. Academic service resumes Saturday, August 20.

Maintenance will be performed in Hospital Parking Ramp 2 to continue to provide safe and clean parking accommodations. Hospital Parking Ramp 2 will be closed for maintenance activities beginning the evening of Friday, May 6.
