Hours of Operation
Open for use 24 hours-a-day, seven days-a-week, except University Holidays.

Oversize Vehicles must use surface lots. Call Parking Dispatch at 319-335-8312 to identify locations for vehicles that cannot be accommodated in standard stalls.
Staffing and Assistance
Attendant on duty; hours will vary.
24/7 assistance is available to parking dispatch through all entry and exit lane equipment. Press the “Push for Help” button on any parking equipment to speak with a dispatcher through the intercom.
Call Parking Dispatch at 319-335-8312 to:
- Report malfunctioning equipment, broken doors, or sign, light and other issues.
- Request Motorist Assistance for a jump start or vehicle locate.
Call the Office of Campus Safety at (non-emergency) 319-335-5022 to:
- Report vehicle damage that may have occurred in the facility.
- Locked keys in vehicles.

Parking Rates
Graduated Rate: Individuals entering between 5:00 a.m. and 9:00 a.m. Monday thru Friday who stay longer than three hours will be charged the graduated rate.
Standard Rate: Individuals entering at any time other than 5:00 a.m. and 9:00 a.m. Monday thru Friday will be charged the standard rate.
Iowa House Guests: Guests of the Iowa House Hotel can obtain a parking pass at the time they check-in. With the parking pass, hotel patrons will not incur any fees to park at either the IMU Ramp or North Campus Ramp. Additional information on the Iowa House Hotel.
How to Pay
Payment can be made in all exit lanes via pay stations.
Accepted payment types include cash and credit card (Visa/MasterCard/Discover). All exit lanes accept credit card, only select lanes accept cash. Please see lane signs for guidance.
