24/7 assistance is available to parking dispatch through all entry and exit lane equipment. Press the “Push for Help” button on any parking equipment to speak with a dispatcher through the intercom.
Call Parking Dispatch at 319-335-8312 to:
- Report malfunctioning equipment, broken doors, or sign, light and other issues.
- Request Motorist Assistance for a jump start or vehicle locate.
Call the Office of Campus Safety at (non-emergency) 319-335-5022 to:
- Report vehicle damage that may have occurred in the facility.
- Locked keys in vehicles.

Parking Rates
Patient: Patient parking is free with a valid patient parking pass. Learn more about the Patient Parking Pass.
Graduated Rate: Individuals entering between 5:00 a.m. and 9:00 a.m. Monday thru Friday who stay longer than three hours and do not present a patient validation when exiting will be charged the graduated rate.
Standard Rate: Individuals entering at any time other than 5:00 a.m. and 9 a.m. Monday thru Friday and do not present a patient validation when exiting will be charged the standard rate.

Payment can be made in all exit lanes via pay stations.
Accepted payment types include cash and credit card (Visa/MasterCard/Discover). All exit lanes accept credit card, only select lanes accept cash. Please see lane signs for guidance.
