24/7 assistance is available to parking dispatch through all entry and exit lane equipment. Press the “Push for Help” button on any parking equipment to speak with a dispatcher through the intercom.
Call Parking Dispatch at 319-335-8312 to:
- Report malfunctioning equipment, broken doors, or sign, light and other issues.
- Request Motorist Assistance for a jump start or vehicle locate.
Call the Office of Campus Safety at (non-emergency) 319-335-5022 to:
- Report vehicle damage that may have occurred in the facility.
- Locked keys in vehicles.

Parking Rates
Patient: Patient parking is free with a valid patient parking pass. Learn more about the Patient Parking Pass.
Graduated Rate: Individuals entering between 5:00 a.m. and 9:00 a.m. Monday thru Friday who stay longer than three hours and do not present a patient validation to the parking cashier will be charged the graduated rate.
Standard Rate: Individuals entering at any time other than 5:00 a.m. and 1:00 p.m. Monday thru Friday and do not present a patient validation to the parking cashier will be charged the standard rate.
How to Pay
Payment can be made in all exit lanes via pay stations.
Accepted payment types include cash and credit card (Visa/MasterCard/Discover). All exit lanes accept credit card, only select lanes accept cash. Please see lane signs for guidance.
