Starting July 1, the University of Iowa will change hourly parking rates for the first time since 2016 to simplify parking across campus. The standard hourly rate will be $1.75 an hour and will be implemented as a single rate across campus in place of the exiting rate structure that varies by location, time of entry, and duration of stay.

UI Fleet Services office and rental fleet operations temporarily will move to a new location at 175 Hawkeye Drive starting June 25, 2025. The current location on West Harrison Street will close, and all vehicle rentals, lease services, and office visits will transition to the new site. Service and maintenance will continue at the Cambus Maintenance Facility.

CAMBUS routes will detour through Waterford inbound and outbound due to construction.

CAMBUS routes will detour on Friday, June 6 due to the Iowa City Arts Festival.

CAMBUS summer 2025 service operates May 17- Aug. 22. During the summer, some routes have decreased service or do not operate due to changes in campus demand.
